If you use our service, we will review your details and, if appropriate, refer you to a regulated solicitor. If your case is referred to a solicitor, we receive a referral fee from them. This is not charged to you. No win, no fee terms apply. Your solicitor's success fee is 25% of your compensation plus VAT (30% in total). Once you have signed up with a solicitor, if you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, withdraw against your solicitor's advice, or do not co-operate, you may have to pay costs already incurred, including disbursements and, in some circumstances, be liable for your landlord's legal costs. Your solicitor will explain this before you sign.
